  • Software Proficiency: Learn and work with various types of software for digital Public Relations.
  • Press Release and Materials Creation: Create Press Releases and other related materials.
  • Database Management: Maintain a Public Relations database.
  • Document Preparation and Editing: Prepare, format, and edit a range of documents.
  • Company Knowledge and Understanding: Understand company goals, products, and brands.
  • General Office Duties: Perform general office duties.
  • Report Creation and Interpretation: Create and interpret a variety of reports.
  • Social Media Management: Update social media accounts.
  • Email Campaigns: Draft and send email campaigns.
  • Website Content Updates: Update content on websites.
Requirements
  • Public Relations Experience: Minimum 1-year related job or internship experience.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Extremely high level of attention to detail.
  • Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • Computer Proficiency: Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Microsoft and Adobe Applications: Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel, and Adobe applications, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Organization Skills: Excellent organization skills.
  • Language Skills: Must be fluent in English. Special consideration is given to bilingual or multilingual candidates.
  • Age and Work Eligibility: Must be 18 or older, have a valid driver's license, and be legally allowed to work in the USA.
  • Physical Abilities: Must be able to lift and carry 45 lbs safely.
