As a Client Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in achieving this mission by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sales development skills, outstanding communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry. You will collaborate closely with our Growth team to design and implement targeted outreach campaigns, leveraging your expertise to drive results and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through a combination of outbound activities (cold calling, email outreach, social selling) and inbound leads (handling and qualifying leads from marketing campaigns).
  • Lead Qualification: Assess the fit of leads with Maven's solutions, understand their needs and pain points, and qualify them for further engagement by the sales team.
  • Strategic Partnership Development: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, identifying opportunities for collaboration and mutual growth.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Accurately track and manage all activities in the CRM (Salesforce or similar platform), providing data-driven insights to inform sales strategies and optimize performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of sales development or client acquisition experience (preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or B2B sectors) with strong track record of success
  • Proven ability to think strategically and drive results-oriented initiatives
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders and navigate complex relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and platforms, including Salesforce
  • Experience with sales tools & software, including: Microsoft and Google office suite, Zoominfo and SalesLoft
