POSITION SUMMARY
As a Financial Growth Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our client base and driving sales initiatives within an entrepreneurial setting. City National Bank seeks a dynamic and persuasive communicator to cultivate new relationships with Independent Financial Advisors, showcasing how our distinctive value proposition can benefit both Advisors and their clientele.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In this position, you will:
  • Utilize various outreach strategies, including proactive calling and targeted email campaigns, to engage potential leads.
  • Inform financial advisors about the advantages of delegating their investment management to our firm, highlighting access to a team of seasoned professionals and a diverse array of investment products and services.
  • Conduct preliminary consultations with interested advisors to evaluate their requirements and determine alignment with our services.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with leads to foster relationships and facilitate their conversion into clients.
  • Connect interested Advisors with the local Sales team, ensuring a seamless transition and follow-up process.
  • Collaborate with the local sales team to guarantee timely and accurate follow-ups, enhancing conversion rates.
  • Provide comprehensive reporting to senior management on progress and outcomes.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our firm in the marketplace.

QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, with 3 to 5 years in investment sales or internal sales support.
  • Proficiency in basic software applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • In-depth knowledge of the financial services sector and investment management practices.
  • Demonstrated capabilities in sales, marketing, client experience, business development, analytics, and CRM.
  • The ability to work autonomously while managing a substantial volume of leads effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven history of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • A high level of self-confidence, accountability, and motivation.
  • Exceptional work ethic, attention to detail, and a strategic mindset.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn, with the ability to thrive in both collaborative and independent environments.

COMPENSATION
The starting base salary for this position ranges from $71,825 to $114,734 annually, with exact compensation dependent on skills, experience, and location. This role is also eligible for bonuses and/or commissions.
