Overview of Responsibilities:
As a member of our professional team, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service.

Your responsibilities will encompass all facets of customer engagement, including sales, service, and transaction processing, with an emphasis on cultivating comprehensive banking relationships with both existing clients and potential customers.


Key Responsibilities:
• Warmly greet customers upon their arrival and assess the best approach to enhance their experience.

• Interact with customers in accordance with our established service model to create new relationships, retain and deepen existing connections, and uphold the highest standards of customer service.

• Address customer financial needs, both immediate and long-term, by employing needs-based selling techniques to present suitable solutions and refer to business partners when necessary.

• Efficiently process deposits, payments, and other transactions while ensuring a seamless experience.
• Identify and promote cross-selling opportunities, including core deposit accounts and various financial products. Refer to specialists as needed.
• If licensed and certified, engage in investment sales activities to meet established goals and collaborate effectively with the Financial Consultant.

• Conduct outbound calls and outreach initiatives to foster a steady stream of qualified referrals and build a strong sales pipeline.

• Attain proficiency in the Bank's systems to deliver exceptional service to customers.
• Achieve or surpass all financial targets related to individual and team objectives.
• Ensure adherence to all regulations, policies, and procedures while fulfilling additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Carry out operational tasks as directed by management.
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent education and/or experience is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial institution or a similar retail environment.

• The expertise to provide product recommendations that assist customers with their immediate financial needs and guide them towards achieving their long-term financial objectives.

• Familiarity with financial institution operations, procedures, and the ability to interpret relevant laws and regulations.
• Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office, and various computer systems. Technologically adept for delivering online and mobile banking demonstrations and understanding the role of social media in today’s financial landscape.
• Strong interpersonal communication, client service, and sales skills.
• Ability to apply analytical skills in evaluating data from business partners.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Capability to collaborate with all levels of management and staff.
• A high degree of trustworthiness, professionalism, confidentiality, teamwork, and integrity in interactions with colleagues and customers.
• Securities and Life & Health Licensing is a plus, but not mandatory.
• This is a non-exempt position, eligible for overtime if hours worked exceed 40 hours.
• Compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and other legally permissible factors.
