YOUR ROLE:
As a dedicated and self-starting professional, you will play a crucial role in establishing new partnerships with Independent Financial Advisors by clearly conveying how City National Bank's unique offerings benefit both Advisors and their clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize various outreach methods, including outbound calls and email initiatives, to connect with potential leads.
- Inform financial advisors about the advantages of outsourcing their investment management to our firm, which includes access to a team of seasoned professionals and a diverse array of investment products and services.
- Conduct preliminary consultations with interested advisors to evaluate their needs and determine if our firm aligns with their business objectives.
- Maintain follow-up communications with leads to cultivate relationships and convert them into clients.
- Facilitate introductions of interested Advisors to the local Sales team, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Collaborate with the local sales team to guarantee timely and accurate follow-ups, enhancing conversion rates.
- Provide detailed reporting to senior management.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our firm in the marketplace.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in investment sales and/or internal sales support.
- Proficiency in basic software applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Comprehensive understanding of the financial services sector and investment management practices.
- Demonstrated capabilities in sales, marketing, client experience, business development, analytics, and CRM.
- Ability to work autonomously while managing a substantial volume of leads effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven history of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Self-confidence, accountability, and motivation.
- High energy, resilience, and a positive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
COMPENSATION:
The starting base salary ranges from $71,825 to $114,734 annually, with exact compensation dependent on skills, experience, and location. This position is eligible for bonuses and/or commissions.
