Employee Benefits Administration
  • Design and administer comprehensive employee benefit programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Negotiate with benefit vendors to secure competitive rates and packages.
Strategic Planning and Decision Support
  • Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives.
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to inform business decisions and partnerships.
Process Improvement and Automation
  • Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to optimize financial operations.
Leadership and Team Management
  • Lead and develop the finance and HR teams to drive business success.
  • Foster a culture of financial discipline and continuous improvement.
Accounts Receivable and Payable Management
  • Supervise invoicing, collections, and payment processing to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
Requirements

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled CFO with a strong background in finance and accounting. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • An MBA or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
  • A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is highly desirable.

The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 5 years of experience in a senior financial leadership position. They should have a proven track record of financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as experience in managing financial operations, including accounting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
