Key Job Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians during consultations and examinations, observing and documenting patient interactions.
  • Develop and maintain accurate patient records, including demographics, medical history, and test results.
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology, documentation guidelines, and electronic medical records software.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies or concerns related to patient care or documentation.

Education and Experience
  • Associate's degree in health sciences or related field.
  • Minimum one year experience in electronic medical records or clinical setting.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) required.

Salary Range$55,000-$70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
