Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dispensary Associate to join our team at iAnthus. As a key member of our patient-centric team, you will be responsible for assisting in all daily operations of our dispensary, ensuring compliance with state and local laws, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Engage and educate patients in a positive and compassionate manner, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Accurately complete patient intake forms and maintain compliance with all local and state regulations.
  • Assist in qualifying patients for our Verified Financial Hardship (VFH) program and maintain proper recordkeeping.
  • Provide timely feedback to Dispensary General and Assistant Managers on patient interactions and concerns.
  • Participate in one-minute meetings to ensure uniformity in message and goals.
  • Deliver excellent patient services, consistently meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction standards.
  • Participate in monthly product inventory review and ensure accurate data entry.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or patient services is preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with basic math skills.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check, as required by NYS guidelines.
