Position Overview

Jewelry Consultant

As a Jewelry Consultant, you will deliver an outstanding experience for every customer. Your role involves guiding clients through the purchasing journey across various platforms, including in-person consultations and virtual appointments. You will assist customers in selecting their ideal jewelry pieces from our exquisite collection. By consistently achieving and surpassing sales goals in a dynamic environment, you will create tailored experiences that celebrate the significant moments in our customers' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employ effective sales techniques and comprehensive product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions, ensuring each interaction is memorable and personalized.
  • Handle a substantial volume of incoming sales inquiries through various channels, striving to meet individual revenue objectives while providing a premium customer experience.
  • Warmly greet and assist customers throughout their purchasing journey, ensuring a unique and engaging one-on-one experience.
  • Conduct follow-up appointments to support and educate customers regarding pickups, exchanges, resizing, and other inquiries.
  • Confirm appointments and address any pre-appointment questions to enhance customer readiness.
  • Analyze customer feedback and reviews, collaborating with leadership to continuously enhance the customer experience and improve sales performance.
  • Uphold policies within the showroom to guarantee a secure and enjoyable environment for all guests.
  • Utilize our management system to organize tasks and facilitate communication across departments.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our mission of fostering a more sustainable and compassionate jewelry industry.
