Account Coordinator Assistant

At The Moran Group, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our team. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Attend agency and client meetings to ensure effective communication and project understanding
- Assist with meeting preparation, including gathering materials and creating presentations
- Coordinate with agency members to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction
- Manage broadcast and digital projects, including requesting, proofing, and gathering final approvals
- Perform quality assurance on production and agency assets
- Communicate daily with internal and client teams to ensure project progress and address any concerns
- Log, distribute, and manage meeting notes and action items
- Manage tasks and ensure timely receipt of necessary materials from team members
- Support various tasks related to online reputation, social media, digital reporting, and team meetings
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite products
- Organizational and follow-through skills
- Ownership of tasks and time management skills
- Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
