As a Billing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Using bookkeeping databases, spreadsheets, and software to manage financial transactions.
  • Posting financial transactions using QuickBooks.
  • Receiving and recording checks and ACH payments.
  • Producing a variety of reports.
  • Reconciling, reporting, and researching any discrepancies found in billing.
  • Reconciling accounts in a timely manner.
  • Daily entering key data of transactions in invoices.
  • Performing basic office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, processing mail, filing, etc.
  • Recording information, processing, and filing forms.
  • Sending invoices to customers to request payment for services or goods provided.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual with a proven accounting experience, preferably as an Accounts receivable clerk or Accounts payable clerk.

Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures is essential, as well as competency in MS Office Excel.

QuickBooks knowledge is a plus, and the ability to accurately and efficiently analyze data is a must.
