About the Role

iSolved is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for building trusted advisor relationships with our customers to help them achieve more value from our isolved HCM solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive adoption and retention of our HCM solution
  • Provide training and support to customers to ensure they are getting the most out of our solution
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and pain points
  • Identify and communicate growth opportunities to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the HCM or HRIS space
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with customers and driving customer success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
