Job Summary:

The Detox Support Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our Substance Use Disorder Facility. This position requires a caring and compassionate individual who can provide support to clients in a residential treatment setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with client screening, admission, and discharge processes
  • Conduct regular checks on clients to ensure their safety and well-being
  • Collect and document vital signs, urine screens, and client inventory
  • Facilitate client orientation, educational, and recreational groups
  • Communicate effectively with staff and clinical teams to ensure seamless care
  • Develop and maintain professional boundaries with clients
  • Search client rooms and common areas for contraband and report incidents to nursing and clinical staff
Requirements:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a High School Diploma/GED. Experience in social services and residential treatment is preferred.
