Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver compassionate nursing care as a Practical Nursing Specialist in post-acute settings
  • Monitor patients' physical and mental health, tracking vital signs
  • Conduct resident intakes, documenting medical histories and health concerns
  • Assist in medication administration and verification, monitoring usage and effects
  • Foster a safe and comfortable environment for residents
  • Maintain accurate medical records and charts

Qualifications and Skills
  • Current state license to practice as a Practical Nursing Specialist
  • Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • One year of experience in a similar role
