Office Operations Specialist

Job Summary: The Office Operations Specialist will provide administrative support to management, including answering phones, processing mail, composing correspondence, and maintaining files.
Responsibilities:
- Answer multi-line phone system and take accurate messages
- Process incoming and outgoing mail daily
- Compose and prepare correspondence on computer
- Maintain files in an organized manner
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
