Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute global digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement across multiple channels and subsidiaries.
  • Manage and oversee the development and implementation of global brand websites, ensuring consistency and alignment with company branding and messaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including global marketing managers, creative teams, and development teams, to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Provide functional expertise and best practices in digital marketing, including SEO, content marketing, and social media, to ensure optimal campaign performance and ROI.
  • Develop and manage budgets for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring effective allocation of resources and ROI.
  • Partner with the User Experience team to ensure digital branding elements are consistent across all digital properties.
  • Develop and execute global social media strategy, including content creation and campaign execution.
  • Contribute to thought leadership in digital communications strategy, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Ensure alignment with company goals and objectives, providing regular progress updates and insights to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree in marketing, marketing research, communications, or related field.
  • Successful track record managing global websites, digital campaigns, SEO, content marketing, and social media.
  • Experience defining creative and media strategy from brief through execution.
  • Proven use of online analytics to interpret results, identify site opportunities, and drive strategic marketing decisions.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Experience working in any Content Management System (CMS).
  • Experience with AdWords and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent project management skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Skilled in analyzing and interpreting research results and their business impact.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional creative teams to achieve desired work products.
  • Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • 1+ years' experience managing a staff, including hiring, training, and mentoring.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
