Job Summary
The Operations Specialist - Seasonal is responsible for performing non-systems duties such as delivering supplies and materials to offices, basic maintenance repairs, and assisting with annual setup and closing of offices.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform basic building maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, repairing broken items, and minor electrical work.
- Deliver, transfer, and set up office technology hardware.
- Deliver supplies and materials to and from tax offices.
- Assist with the annual setup and closing of seasonal tax offices, ensuring offices meet brand standards.
- Attend required training sessions.
- Confirm office security when leaving the office after hours.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the District Operations Coordinator or managerial staff.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic reading skills.
- Knowledge of Outlook and other web-based programs.
- Valid driver's license and adequate insurance.
- Ability to work independently.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No previous work experience necessary.
Pay Range Information:
The pay range for this position is $13.94 to $21.15 per hour, with opportunities for incentive compensation and short-term incentives. Benefits include medical and prescription drug coverage, retirement savings plan, employee assistance program, and associate discount program.
