Senior Hotel Sales Manager

At Bartell Hotels, we're seeking a highly motivated Senior Hotel Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the corporate, group, and leisure markets.
  • Manage and maintain existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve optimal revenue outcomes.
  • Collaborate with hotel operations to ensure seamless event execution and guest experiences.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4 years experience as a Hotel Sales Manager, for a property with meeting rooms and catering services.
  • Strong conference services and catering experience.
  • Detailed understanding of BEO's, and standard billing practices in various markets.
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
