Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at Ballston Spa National Bank. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and operational leadership to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Provide primary service to clients, reviewing their product needs and making referrals to other lines of business to meet branch goals.
- Facilitate complex banking transactions and identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships.
- Meet established branch sales goals and provide leadership through coaching, training, and mentoring of branch staff.
- Create a positive working environment with a focus on customer service and team development.
- Participate in community activities to network with clients and potential clients.
- Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations governing financial institutions.
We are looking for a candidate with an Associate's degree in business or a related field, with two to three years of experience in banking or a related management position. Proven sales and leadership abilities, as well as demonstrated organizational skills, are essential for this role.
