About the Role

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Specialist to join our team at Stride, Inc. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive product marketing plans to drive enrollment and engagement with our online schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product marketing strategies to position our online schools as a leader in the market.
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, social media, email, and search.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, demand generation, and enrollment operations, to develop go-to-market plans and launch materials.
  • Work with external agencies to craft and run local, regional, and national marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate their value proposition to target customers.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in online K-12 education, product marketing, and digital marketing.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, specifically in product marketing.
  • Ability to manage and juggle priorities on a daily basis and work independently.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and meets deadlines consistently.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills with ability to leverage technology effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills with ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Product marketing experience.
  • Promotions/events marketing experience.
  • Ed tech experience.
