Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our human resources department and handle various office assistant responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date and compliant with regulations.
  • Help coordinate onboarding and training sessions for new hires.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including filing and document management.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in HR or business administration is a plus.
  • Previous experience in HR or office administration preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software is a plus.
