Group Benefits Executive Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Executive Account Manager to join our team at Heffernan Insurance Brokers. As a key member of our group benefits team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and providing exceptional service to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of group benefits clients, providing technical support and education to ensure their needs are met.
- Develop and implement account service plans to drive client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.
- Conduct regular client reviews and audits to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
- 7+ years of experience in group health insurance or a related field.
- Active Life & Health license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Competitive salary range: $100,000 - $125,000.
- Discretionary annual incentive program.
- Comprehensive benefits package.
