Job Title: Executive Account Manager - Group Benefits

We are seeking an experienced Executive Account Manager to join our team at Heffernan Insurance Brokers. As a key member of our group benefits team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and providing exceptional service to ensure their satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of group benefits clients, providing technical support and education to ensure their needs are met.
  • Develop and implement account service plans to drive client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.
  • Conduct regular client reviews and audits to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in group health insurance or a related field.
  • Active Life & Health license.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $100,000 - $125,000.
  • Discretionary annual incentive program.
