As a Plumbing Technician Trainee, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting experienced technicians in various tasks in the field
  • Engaging in physically demanding work (digging, climbing, lifting heavy materials, cleaning, etc.)
  • Supporting the Warehouse Manager
  • Learning to reassure customers while providing education on plumbing challenges and solutions.
  • Creating positive experiences for our customers and building lasting relationships.
  • Communicating effectively and positively with team members both in the field and in the office.
  • Being adaptable and ready to assist wherever necessary.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE: Competitive salary with a profit-sharing opportunity and various friendly competitions for additional bonuses throughout the year.
