**Key Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with stakeholders: Partner with department heads, process owners, and subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation

* Maintain version control: Ensure all SOPs and Lucidchart diagrams are up to date, properly cataloged, and version-controlled

* Compliance and standardization: Ensure that all SOPs and workflows comply with organizational and regulatory standards, including any industry-specific guidelines

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in process documentation, SOP development, or business operations
* Proven experience in using Lucidchart or similar process-mapping software (e.g., Visio, )
* Strong proficiency in Lucidchart for business process modeling and documentation
* Experience in creating clear, comprehensive, and visually appealing process diagrams and SOPs
* Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify inefficiencies
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into user-friendly documentation
* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
