The Enterprise Operating Systems Specialist will work closely with our Platform Administration team to design, implement, and manage enterprise server operating systems. This will include configuration, security, and monitoring of systems, as well as providing technical advice and consultation to information technology staff and management.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for integrating systems deployed centrally with departmental systems, utilizing troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address complex configuration and related technology system issues.

Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and manage enterprise server operating systems

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or other appropriate degree
  • Two years' experience in system administration or a related field
  • Strong background in system administration
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies
  • Knowledge of Linux server operating systems
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft Deployment Toolkit
  • Experience with Vulnerability Management
  • Experience with Physical and Virtual Server Infrastructure
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure/Entra
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical staff or clients
