Industrial Sales Account Manager

Baldwin Supply Company, a leading distributor of mechanical power transmission, conveyor belts, electric motors, and control products, is seeking an experienced Industrial Sales Account Manager to expand its business in Minnesota.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote and recommend products and services with the best combination of performance and cost based on customer requirements.
- Identify target prospects and create strategic plans to turn prospects into customers.
- Build and sustain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Provide best-in-class customer service and technical expertise.
- Coordinate with product specialists and inside sales team to efficiently manage current business and secure new business.
- Maintain professional working relationships with strategic suppliers.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven outside industrial sales experience with a tangible product.
- Proven experience and success in developing new business, building repeat business, and managing a sales territory.
- Established client relationships in the state of Wisconsin.
- High School Diploma or GED. Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Supply, or Business.
- Strong desire to achieve and succeed.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
