Position Overview:
The Account Manager for Flavor Systems plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth within the dairy and dairy-adjacent sectors. This position is essential for nurturing existing client relationships and expanding our customer base in various applications, including frozen desserts, beverages, cultured dairy, and bakery products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage daily with clients through both in-person and virtual interactions.
- Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives tailored to target markets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to maximize profitability.
- Regularly assess and refine sales strategies, providing updates on performance against sales objectives.
- Exhibit leadership within the territory while translating insights into broader business strategies.
- Collaborate with management to discuss innovation and long-term growth strategies.
- Work closely with marketing and product development teams to create market-driven solutions that meet customer needs.

Essential Qualifications:
- A proactive and strategic thinker with a Bachelor’s degree in food science, chemistry, marketing, management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of collaborative sales experience in the food ingredients sector.
- Strong understanding of the North American food and beverage landscape, with a preference for knowledge in beverages and frozen desserts.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and presentation skills, along with the ability to effectively collaborate across various organizational levels.
