Position Overview
Are you seeking a role in Program Operations Management where your contributions can significantly impact daily operations? Serco North America presents an exciting opportunity for you. This position involves collaborating with a vibrant team to deliver Scientific, Engineering, Technical, and Analytical (SETA) support.

Key Responsibilities
In this capacity, you will:

  • Employ industry-leading practices and innovative strategies to facilitate data collection, research, analytical support, and subject matter expertise as necessary.
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and presentations detailing activities, observations, findings, and recommendations as directed by the Government Task Manager.
  • Utilize the NSY Command Philosophy, Guiding Principles, and High-Performance Organization Model to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Identify operational gaps, propose recommendations, and assist in documenting and institutionalizing decisions.
  • Design and recommend a strategic approach for coaching supervisory and mid-level managers, establishing clear processes and performance expectations.
  • Facilitate daily interactive development and coaching of essential tools and processes that drive peak performance.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • An active or current DoD Secret security clearance.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
  • 7 years of demonstrated expertise in areas such as Shipyard Operations, Performance Improvement, and Workforce Management.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.

Preferred Skills
It is advantageous to have an advanced degree in a related field, such as Human Performance, STEM, or Continuous Improvement.
