Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end order processes for top-tier clients, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Pricing, and Merchandising teams to develop non-standard proposals that meet client needs.
  • Provide expert consulting to clients, leveraging your knowledge of promotional products and solutions to address their business needs.
  • Communicate with clients regarding delivery status and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification and 2 years of experience preferred.
  • 4 years of customer service experience, with a focus on consulting and client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
