Position Overview:

The Market Liaison Support Services Analyst II position at CareSource is essential for managing daily inquiries that enter Operations through the standardized intake process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive analysis on designated MLSS Operation Intakes, working in conjunction with various divisions including contracting, claims, enrollment, and IT.
  • Engage in User Acceptance Testing for system-related issues identified during the analysis phase.
  • Oversee market initiatives, escalations, and inquiries related to regulations.
  • Provide training and guidance to new employees and those in the Associate Market Liaison Support Services role.
  • Create analytical reports to assess claim impacts and trends, delivering root cause evaluations and solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to foster cross-departmental awareness and drive process enhancements.
  • Assist in risk assessment and the formulation of risk mitigation strategies.
  • Effectively communicate with various stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a managed care setting and operations.
  • Familiarity with Medicaid/Medicare and the healthcare sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong relationship management and organizational skills.

Work Environment and Compensation:

This role is situated in an office setting with limited travel requirements. The salary range is between $60,000 and $96,500 annually, contingent upon experience and qualifications.
