Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cost Analyst to join our team at Serco North America. As a Senior Cost Analyst, you will provide cost estimating and analysis support to various project teams, working closely with customers to develop project requirements and collaborate on integrated teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop cost estimates and models to support a wide range of end products, including Product Support Business Case Analysis (PSBCA), Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA), Analysis of Alternatives (AoA), Life Cycle Cost Estimates, and Total Ownership Cost (TOC) Analysis.
  • Provide objective cost/financial analysis, insight, and recommendations to customers.
  • Participate in and/or lead collaborative working groups among government and industry organizations.
  • Develop, present, and defend cost estimates through various cost agencies.
Requirements
  • Active DoD SECRET security clearance.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Certified Cost Estimator/Analyst.
  • Ten (10) years of experience conducting cost analysis, financial management, execution, tracking, and program analysis.
  • Knowledge/Experience using various cost estimating software tools.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills.
Desired Qualifications
  • Active DoD Top Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
  • Masters Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Cost Estimating, Operations Research, or related discipline.
  • Army PBBE Experience.
  • Business Life Cycle Logistics, Acquisition Professional Development Program, Level 2.
  • Certified Defense Financial Manager.
  • Army Program Manager Level II.
