- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Proficient computer skills, with experience in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Decision-making, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
- Two years of experience in a wholesale or sales environment, preferably in the HVACR industry.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to succeed and contribute to the company's growth and success.
