Role Summary:
As a Store Sales Manager at LaserAway, you will oversee the daily operations of our Ashburn location. We are looking for an energetic leader who can drive sales and provide an exceptional patient experience.
Compensation Package:
Enjoy a competitive base salary of $75K, with the opportunity to earn between $100K and $120K annually through monthly revenue sharing and performance bonuses. This full-time role includes a comprehensive benefits package that addresses both your professional and personal needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs) in achieving sales targets and contribute to personal sales goals.
- Track CRM initiatives to enhance revenue and monitor progress on customer retention strategies.
- Ensure all clinic performance indicators are met, including sales objectives, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Regularly assess patient schedules, manage staffing levels, and optimize resource allocation.
- Encourage collaboration between remote and in-clinic sales teams, promoting a positive work environment aligned with LaserAway values.
- Support Lead Clinicians and Clinicians in delivering timely and high-quality treatments.
- Oversee medical inventory and facility maintenance, coordinating with technical teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Participate in recruitment, performance evaluations, and employee relations in collaboration with HR and regional teams.
- Implement LaserAway brand standards, maintain a clean and inviting facility, and monitor online feedback to uphold high ratings.
- Build partnerships with local businesses and organizations to establish LaserAway as a vital community member.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of sales and management experience with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills in a dynamic retail environment.
- Availability to work all shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High-level decision-making abilities and a knack for performance assessment and improvement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess strong customer service skills.
