About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our HBM Design Team at Micron Technology. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining and coordinating new designs with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion and delivery of high-performance memory solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high-performance designs from concept to tape-out and post-silicon support.
  • Lead a team of technical designers for specification definition, design, implementation, verification, tapeout, and post-silicon support.
  • Communicate design strategy and direction to ensure the team understands the strategy, priorities, and impact.
  • Coordinate, prioritize, and manage logistics and resource allocations for multiple projects.
  • Prioritize tasks to attain schedules and deadlines.
  • Proactively develop methodologies to resolve issues.
  • Guide design engineers to encourage professional technical development.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure design strategy aligns with company goals and objectives.
  • Lead performance and development of team members.
  • Identify strengths and build specific development plans according to evaluated need.
  • Prioritize to meet timelines and deliverables within the group.
  • Establish goals and conduct performance appraisals.
  • Mentor and provide career development.
  • Identify headcount needs and make hiring decisions.
Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge of CMOS circuit design, device physics, state machine logic/design principles, and verification techniques.
  • Experience with project management.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • MS or greater.
  • 15+ years of relevant Engineering or Design Engineering experience.
