We seek a Territory Growth Specialist to lead the recruitment and growth of sellers for the Selling on Amazon program.
This role requires strong analytical skills to identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiating contracts and managing relationships with CXOs, managers, and other contacts.
**Key Functions:**- Grow and maintain a diverse portfolio of high-value and transactional accounts.
- Analyze customer data to optimize sales strategies and maximize potential in assigned territory.
- Implement metrics to track success and quality of sellers, using insights to guide decision-making and drive growth.
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure successful contract negotiations.
- Pursue new business opportunities and meet quarterly quota targets for recruiting and growing a diverse portfolio of sellers.
- Utilize Salesforce.com CRM tools to track progress, forecast results, and prioritize efforts towards achieving sales goals.
**Salary Range:** $125,500 - $217,400 per year, dependent on geographic location.
