Account Onboarding Coordinator Job Summary

CPI Security is looking for a skilled Account Onboarding Coordinator to manage the smooth onboarding of new customers in Charlotte, North Carolina.

This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure successful customer onboarding, resolving any issues promptly, and maximizing every installation opportunity for CPI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and issues between sale and activation.
  • Support sales representatives and field operations in resolving customer requests and underwriting questions.
  • Effectively onboard new customers by conducting outbound calls to verify underwriting requirements, monitoring data, and scheduling or rescheduling installation appointments.
  • Maintain accurate knowledge of CPI's products, pricing, and discount details to provide excellent customer support.
  • Work closely with underwriting to expedite installation approvals.
