Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement business intelligence visualizations using Microsoft Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau.
  • Develop ETL solutions using Microsoft SSIS and Hitachi Pentaho to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
  • Write complex SQL queries and stored procedures in T-SQL, ensuring data relationships and indexing.
  • Analyze requirements and design database schemas to support data visualization applications.
  • Manage the existing data warehouse, creating and documenting data relationships and views.
  • Lead meetings to educate staff on new BI developments and features.
  • Ensure 508 Compliance standards for visualizations and modify existing ones as needed.
  • Collaborate with teams to iterate on ideas and serve as a liaison between stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues using debugging tools.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a BI Developer.
  • Experience with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodology.
Desirable Skills:
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • NH experience.
