Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Carolina Staffing Solutions. As a Business-to-Business Sales Representative, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and growing our business through direct sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
- Pitch and present our products and services to potential clients through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and email communications.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals, while providing exceptional customer service to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients, staying current with industry trends and market conditions.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve better results and drive business growth.
- Proven sales experience and a track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Ability to market ourselves and our products effectively, with a strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
$10 per hour plus commission and bonuses. Location:
