Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to drive business growth and expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Supervise and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and improve performance.
- Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track sales activity, client interactions, and team performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment on sales goals and objectives.
Licensing Requirements:
- A valid driver's license and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
- A clean background check and reliable transportation are necessary for this role.
- A 45-day evaluation period will be conducted before considering advancement opportunities.
