Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Organizational Development:

Program Coordination Duties:
  • Design and implement reentry programs tailored to the needs of individuals transitioning from incarceration.

  • Facilitate communication between program staff and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with community organizations and correctional facilities to create a supportive network for participants.
  • Supervise direct service staff and manage program-related activities.

  • Collect and analyze data to prepare reports for stakeholders.
  • Manage program budgets effectively.
  • Advocate for improvements in reentry services at various levels.
  • Conduct outreach to raise awareness of reentry challenges.

Direct Service Responsibilities:
  • Provide case management and personalized support to program participants.
  • Organize workshops and training sessions to equip participants with essential skills.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Daily office attendance is required.
  • Must be eligible for necessary clearances.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
