Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator for Justice-Involved Programs to join our team at the Employment Opportunity & Training Center of NE PA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting independent living case managers with the transportation of clients and other related duties. This role requires a strong understanding of transportation regulations and agency policies, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transport clients to various locations, including private homes and community centers
  • Assist case managers with administrative tasks, such as data entry and file documentation
  • Participate in training programs to maintain knowledge of transportation regulations and agency policies
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues

Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
  • 1-2 years of related experience and/or training
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and database software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
