Furnace Operator III

We are seeking a skilled Furnace Operator III to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining assigned machine/equipment, following paperwork flow, QA, and Shop Floor policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Operate furnaces using the Distributive Control System
- Maintain required heat-treating records
- Adhere to strict parts specifications
- Evaluate product quality and perform minor adjustments to equipment to meet quality standards
- Assist Shift Lead and Furnace Operator as needed
- Escalate issues impacting the manufacturing process to immediate supervisor and/or Team Lead and incoming shift when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness of shop
- Typically requires a HS diploma or GED with 2 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a diploma or GED, 4 years of relevant experience required
