About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Furnace Operator III to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining assigned machine/equipment, following paperwork flow, QA, and Shop Floor policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate furnaces using the Distributive Control System
  • Maintain required heat-treating records
  • Adhere to strict parts specifications
  • Evaluate product quality and performs minor adjustments to equipment to meet quality standards
  • Assist Shift Lead and Furnace Operator as needed
  • Escalate issues impacting the manufacturing process to immediate supervisor and/or Team Lead and incoming shift when necessary
  • Maintain cleanliness of shop
Requirements
  • Typically requires a HS diploma or GED with 2 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a diploma or GED, 4 years of relevant experience required
  • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) as defined here
