Compensation:
• $1,500 Sign on Bonus*
• Eligible for Annual Increases

2nd Shift Schedule:
• This position is for 2nd shift.
• Monday – Friday 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
• There could be training on 1st shift for up to 1 month
• Overtime available on a business need basis.
What You Will Do:
• You will safely operate and maintain assigned machine/equipment.
• You will follow paperwork flow, QA, and Shop Floor policies and procedures.
• You will operate furnaces using the Distributive Control System.
• You will maintain required heat-treating records.
• You will adhere to strict parts specifications.
• You will learn and understand Lean Manufacturing concepts.
• You will evaluate product quality and performs minor adjustments to equipment to meet quality standards.
• You will assist Shift Lead and Furnace Operator as needed.
• You will escalate issues impacting the manufacturing process to immediate supervisor and/or Team Lead and incoming shift when necessary.
• You will maintain cleanliness of shop.
Qualifications You Must Have:
• Typically requires a HS diploma or GED with 2 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a diploma or GED, 4 years of relevant experience required.
