Senior Business Development Manager

Spear Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our market share. As a critical member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for assessing marketing and sales operations, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending strategic changes.
Key qualifications include 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or related fields, as well as proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential, along with excellent leadership and communication abilities.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $100,000 and an estimated OTE of $200,000 to $250,000.
