About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Leader to drive our sales, marketing, communications, and account management efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will collaborate closely with Practice Leads to support business strategy and planning efforts.
About You
We are looking for a seasoned professional with 8+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or communications. Your expertise in developing and executing business development and marketing strategies that have resulted in measurable growth is essential. Strong leadership and team management skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills, are also crucial.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for creating and implementing sales, marketing, and communication strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. You will develop and manage business development data and metrics to inform strategy, decision-making, and performance. Additionally, you will establish and maintain efficient sales, marketing, communications, and account management processes.
Salary Range
The estimated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. This figure includes base salary and potential bonuses.
