Senior Business Development Manager Opportunity for Dynamic Consulting Firm

Job Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate the development, drafting, and finalization of technical and cost proposals and budgets, incorporating inputs from technical and operations staff.
- Oversee capture and proposal development efforts, including contributing to partner selection and contract negotiations with prime contractors and/or partner organizations.
- Track new business opportunities and ensure the new business pipeline is up-to-date.
- Contribute to the company's new business development strategy.
- Manage proposal and BD consultant recruitment.
- Maintain and develop new relationships with partners, public- and private-sector clients, and corporate/family foundations.
- Collaborate with a range of team members across time zones.
- Mentor and help build the capacity of BD team members at the Coordinator level.
To be considered for this position, you must possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field plus a minimum of 6 years of directly related professional experience, or a Master's Degree in a relevant field plus 4 years of directly related professional experience for the Senior Business Development Manager role.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field plus a minimum of 4 years of directly related professional experience, or a Master's Degree in a relevant field plus 2 years of directly related professional experience for the Business Development Manager role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Google Docs.
- Ability to manage multiple business development efforts simultaneously.
- Strong multitasking and deadline management skills.
- Ability to independently prioritize and manage workload.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and collaborative.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $83,500-$106,500, commensurate with experience. Benefits include:
