HR Services Support Specialist I

Job Summary

As an HR Services Support Specialist I at Paychex, you will provide internal support to the HR Services Organization. You will utilize business software applications to answer product and service-related questions, prepare internal and client-facing reports, troubleshoot issues with software and data, support handbook production, and provide quality control for our new HR Pro client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete various tasks and requests using Upstream, including but not limited to: job descriptions, compensation analysis reports, pricing information, poster order requests, HRBP assignment updates, and handbook assistance.

• Ensure that correct client information exists for our clients in the various systems that Paychex uses, including Mineral and Salesforce.

• Troubleshoot areas of concern for our clients through the HRBP, determining root cause and completing prescriptive tasks as needed.

• Coordinate preparation, printing, and delivery of handbooks with the print room and warehouse to ensure a quality product is delivered to the client.

• Maintain any reporting needed for the tasks related to your role.

• Complete tasks for our New Client Experience to ensure proper onboarding for Flex HR Pro clients, including invoice and product reviews, contact updates in Mineral, and sending out welcome emails to new clients.

Requirements

• H.S. Diploma - Required

• 2 years of experience in Paychex Product Experience.

• Demonstrates problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in English written and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrates customer service skills.

Work Environment

This role is based in the United States and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
