Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage our proven sales system to generate new business and establish a self-sustaining referral stream
  • Present our services to local companies and build strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Utilize our training and development resources to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, or business-to-business sales preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven
  • Active insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain upon hiring
