Regional Development Director

This is an exciting opportunity to join Paradigm Oral Health as a Regional Development Director. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving regional growth and business development for implant and full arch practices.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in regional business development, mergers and acquisitions, or healthcare-related growth roles. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in healthcare, business development, or related fields, with a strong background in surgeon recruiting, practice acquisition, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow implant and full arch referrals, enhancing overall practice revenue.
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to increase revenue across the region.
  • Collaborate with practice leaders and cross-functional teams to optimize clinical, operational, and business performance.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices, growth programs, and training across the platform.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record in regional business development, mergers and acquisitions, or healthcare-related growth roles.
  • 5-10 years of experience in healthcare, business development, or related fields.
  • Experience with surgeon recruiting, practice acquisition, and market expansion.
